We are proud to serve Cafe Origenes. Our house coffee is harvested at 1,700 meters above sea level by comuneros from the coffee-producing town of Mendosayoc, a four-hour drive from Cusco. Our partner Cafe Orígenes works closely with coffee farmers to help increase yield and quality, all while upholding organic farming practices and better-than-fair-trade prices.
